U.S. Immigration law is a complex system, yet broken at present. Over the past decade, millions of migrants have crossed the southern borders of California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas with little resistance due to the lack of a wall. Nevertheless, the problem is not the lack of wall, but the existence of a socialist welfare state. If the United States did not have unconstitutional free handouts of social assistance, healthcare and education there would be no people storming the border. Only skilled, hard-working individuals would seek to come in order to contribute and build a better life.
